The Middle and High School girls had the privilege of participating in an inspiring shiur by Mrs. Ora Lee Kanner in commemoration of the 45th yahrzeit of her father, Rabbi Alexander S. Gross, our founding Head of School and school’s namesake. Through the biblical concept of Machar—tomorrow—Mrs. Kanner encouraged students to reflect on the future and its possibilities, drawing a powerful connection to her father’s visionary leadership in founding Hebrew Academy.
