4th Graders Become Text Feature Experts with Engaging Activities and Hands-On Learning

Fourth grade has been diving into text features to prepare for reading What is NASA?. Students honed their note-taking skills while exploring 24 different text features! They applied their knowledge through fun activities like text feature matching, memory, Go Fish, and a scavenger hunt around the classroom to identify various text features. Next week, they’ll search for text features in books and create their own for different nonfiction topics. Our budding experts are well on their way to mastering text features!
