Second graders had an engaging experience on Election Day as they headed to the voting booths to choose their favorite game to play. Before the event, each student completed a “Student Voter Registration Certification.” On Election Day, teachers ensured that only registered voters participated. Students selected their favorite game on a ballot in the booths and placed their votes in the ballot box. Throughout the day, Mrs. Schur kept the excitement alive by updating the tally chart, leading up to the final count on Wednesday. The activity concluded with the class enjoying a session of the winning game, Freeze Dance, which brought lots of fun and laughter. Categories (tags): Elementary
