Students Participate in Tashlich Ceremony, Casting Off Sins for Rosh Hashanah

Tashlich, which literally translates to “casting off,” is a ceremony usually performed on the afternoon of the first day of Rosh Hashanah. Students from Kindergarten to High School participated this week in “casting off” their sins of the previous year by tossing bread crumbs into flowing water right near campus.
